Jocelyn and Conner

On January 12th, 2013 I was welcomed with the biggest smile from Conner who is 9 months old.  Following behind was his big sister Jocelyn (2 years old) with a head full of curls.  Prior to their session, e-mails between their mom and I were consistent and this is when I learned that Jocelyn loved her treats and Conner loved tractors.  Below you will see how we incorporated treats, tractors and smiles into their session!

The S Family

On July 1st I met the, The S Family at my home where we started their session with some indoor shots. They have a 1 year old son who is just so happy! I was thrilled to see him smile for the camera for their family poses being that mom or dad wasn't behind the camera to make him laugh and smile. After their inside poses we headed to the, The Duck Park in Alpena to get the outdoor feel to their photos as well. This family was a pleasure to meet and I look forward to capuring more in the future with them!

For July's Epiphanie "Picture it" photo contest the theme is Independence. When I read this I immediately thought of American biker babe, an American bad ass, an American Rebel or my favorite an "American Woman" by Lenny Kravitz! So with that in mind, I went ahead and captured my version of an "American Woman" for the photo contest to have a chance at winning an Epiphanie camera bag!! For those who are not familar with Epiphanie I highly recommend you check it out at http://www.epiphaniebags.com/. Thank you and enjoy my "Picture it" photo!

All Star baseball/softball teams

I stepped out of my box and had fun with the Alpena All Stars girls age group 9-10 and boys age group 11-12. I think they had as much fun as I did. Good luck!
